Training begins at 4 p.m. on July 21 and ends at 4 p.m. on July 26, 2025.<\/p>\n

Participation is restricted to ARCI members only.
\n<\/strong><\/em>Membership:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • If you ARE an ARCI 2024\/2025 member, you must have your membership card with you.<\/li>\n
  • If you are NOT an ARCI 2024\/2025 member, you can subscribe for membership on site, at a cost of \u20ac10.00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Balance payment and cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Once you have made payment of the Training fee you will receive a confirmation from Drum Circle Spirit \/ Circle Amarti APS<\/li>\n
    • If you would like an invoice<\/strong> for the cost of the Training<\/strong><\/em>, rather than a receipt for payment, notification of billing must be made in the booking form. In this case the price will be increased by 22%. <\/strong>The balance of the 22% difference will be made on site. <\/li>\n
    • To invoice for room and board, you will have to apply directly to Casa Sangam when you pay the balance.<\/li>\n
    • Any cancellation of the Training reservation must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the start date of the course<\/strong>(i.e. by 21\/06\/2025<\/strong>). The reservation amount will be returned minus \u20ac20.00 as organization and secretarial fees. For cancellations after 06\/21\/2025, the amount paid is no longer refundable. <\/li>\n
    • Any cancellation of the bed reservation must happen by the evening of July 15, 2025<\/strong>: in case it is communicated after July 15, the participant will be required to pay the full board and lodging fee he\/she had booked.<\/li>\n
    • Delayed arrival and early departure<\/strong>: in case of early departure or late arrival there are no refunds of any kind and you will have to pay for the entire period booked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Room and board at Sangam House<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • July 21 check-in: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. <\/strong><\/li>\n
      • July 26 check-out: by 10:00 a.m. <\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Upon your arrival at Casa Sangam you will be asked to pay the balance of the room and board fee, in cash or by online transfer made on the spot<\/em>, and an ID. Payment for the Tourist Tax fee of \u20ac8.00 is also required upon arrival. <\/li>\n
      • All published food and lodging prices are flat rates so it is not possible to book individual meals<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Included in full board are <\/strong>two breaks with herbal teas, fruits and cookies, and
        \n– supply of microfiltered water
        \n– free wifi
        \nPrice does not<\/strong> include:<\/em>
        \n– wine and other beverages
        \n– use of washing machine<\/li>\n
      • Food<\/strong>: Casa Sangam offers exclusively vegetarian or vegan cuisine.
        \nCasa Sangam’s cuisine is renowned for its abundance and taste. We ask you to indicate whether you prefer a vegetarian or vegan diet. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Other info:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • At least one wettable lake is present<\/strong>: you must have your own swimsuit, pool towel and slippers to access it<\/li>\n
        • Pets: not allowed<\/li>\n
        • Cigarettes: smoking allowed only in designated places<\/li>\n
        • Drums and Percussions:<\/strong> Drum Circle Spirit will provide all drums and percussions for the Training. If you want to play your favorite drum, small percussion instruments, or other instruments you would like to play with your fellow travelers, such as handpans, harps, acoustic guitars, ukuleles, flute, or anything else that does not need amplification, bring them along! <\/li>\n
        • Overnight stay in outside lodging
          \n<\/strong>In case you want to stay in a place other than Sangam House, the board fee will be due in full (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as proposed in the drop-down menu of “NO lodging – board only<\/strong>“<\/em> options .
          \nYou cannot pay for meals individually.<\/li>\n
        • Camper\/Tent
          \n<\/strong>You can stay overnight in your own camper or tent for a flat rate of \u20ac365.00 per person, which includes room and board. Those who wish to stay overnight in their camper elsewhere and thus without paying the “lodging” fee with services included, will have to choose the available online solution of “board only, no lodging” and will be required to park outside the property, looking for a designated area. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The location is in the countryside, far from population centers.
