6 Day Drum Circle Facilitator Intensive Training

The Training starts at 4 p.m. on July 9 and ends at 4 p.m. on July 14, 2023.

Participation is restricted to ARCI members only.
Membership:

• If YOU ARE an ARCI 2022/2023 member, you must have your membership card with you.
• If you are NOT an ARCI 2022/2023 member, you can subscribe for membership on site, at a cost of €10.00.

Balance payment and cancellation

• Once you have made payment of the Training fee you will receive a confirmation from Drum Circle Spirit / Circle Amarti APS
• If you would like an invoice for the cost of the Training, rather than a receipt for payment, notification of billing must be made in the booking form. In this case the price will be increased by 22%. The balance of the 22% difference will be made on site. The invoice will be issued and delivered by hand.
• To get an invoice for room and board you will need to apply directly to Toscana Nascosta, at the time of settlement.
• Any cancellation of the Training reservation must be communicated by mail at least 30 days before the course start date(i.e. by 9/06/2023). The reservation amount will be returned minus €20.00 as organization and secretarial fees. For cancellations after 9/06/2023, the amount paid is no longer refundable.
• Any cancellation of the bed reservation must happen by the evening of July 1, 2023: in case it is communicated after July 1, the participant will be required to pay the full board and lodging fee he/she had booked.
• Delayed arrival and early departure: in case of early departure or late arrival there are no refunds of any kind and you will have to pay for the entire period booked.

Food and Accomodation at Toscana Nascosta

• Check-in July 9th: from 14:00 to 15:30
• Check-out on July 14th: before 15:00
• Upon your arrival at Toscana Nascosta you will be asked to pay the balance of the board and lodging fee, in cash or by online transfer made in the moment of the check-in, and an ID. Payment for the tourist tax of €2,5 is also required upon arrival.
• All published board and lodging prices are flat rates so it is not possible to reserve individual meals.
• Included in full board are two breaks with herbal teas, fruits and cookies, and
  – Supply of natural or carbonated microfiltered water
  – free wifi connection
  – use of a refrigerator and a kettle
  Price does not include:
  – wine and other beverages (available)
  – use of the washing machine
• Food: Circolo Amarti and Drum Circle Spirit promote a vegetarian diet (including dairy and eggs), which will be the main menu.
  If however you want to be able to eat meat, or vice versa have a vegan menu, in the reservation form you will be able to choose the vegetarian – vegan – or omnivore option
  – Breakfast is European-style (bread, butter, jam, fruit, yogurt, muesli, cheese, tomatoes and cold cuts, herbal tea, juice, tea, coffee and milk)
  – Lunch and dinner begin with a salad bar
  – Dessert is provided at dinner
• Lunch on the day of arrival: by communicating it in the registration form or by emailing request by June 25, you can also book lunch on July 9 and/or dinner and overnight stay on July 14, if you would like to take a little extra time to enjoy the Tuscan beauty. Check-out on July 15 must be by 10:00 a.m.

Other info:

• Rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms and do not have air conditioning unless specifically stated
• There is a nice swimming pool: you must have your own swimsuit, pool towel and slippers to access it
• Pets: not allowed
• Cigarettes: smoking allowed only in designated places
• Reserving your sleeping place allows you to bring a tent, which you can set up in the olive grove if you want to have a little place to rest alone when you need it
• Drums and Percussions: Drum Circle Spirit will provide all drums and percussions for the Training. If you want to play your favorite drum, small percussion instruments, or other instruments you would like to play with your fellow travelers, such as handpans, harps, acoustic guitars, ukuleles, flute, or anything else that does not need amplification, bring them along!

• Overnight stay in outside lodging
  In case you want to stay in a place other than the Toscana Nascosta location, the board fee will be due in full (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as proposed in the drop-down menu of “NO lodging – board only” options.
  This is a flat rate that also includes mid-day breaks and use of facilities. It is not possible to pay for meals individually.

• Available external overnight stay: Podere Amarti
  Only when the maximum bed capacity is reached at Toscana Nascosta will it be possible to reserve a bed in a triple room at Podere Amarti (www.podereamarti.it), 7.5km away (15-18 minute drive), at a flat rate of €425.00 which includes breakfast at Podere Amarti, plus all meals and all services offered by Toscana Nascosta.
  This option will be purchasable and then published only and only when the maximum capacity of Toscana Nascosta is reached.

• Camper (space available for 6 campers)
  You can stay overnight in your camper at a flat rate of €420.00 per person, which includes room and board. Those who wish to stay overnight in their camper elsewhere and thus without paying the “lodging” fee with services included, will have to choose the available online solution of “board only, no lodging” and will be required to park outside the property, looking for a designated area.
